Delivery policy

Our goods are sent by Italian Mail recorded delivery and require a signature upon receipt.

The average time of delivery in Italy is 3 working days. At the delivery time the Customer will receive an email with the code to trace the goods delivered.

When the items are delivered by the postman, the customer is required to control: that the package is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in materials of closure. Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified to the postman. Once signed the document of the postman, you can not oppose any dispute about the external conditions of the delivered items. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be reported within a maximum of 7 days from delivery, by forwarding pictures of broken products near its box packaging via e-mail or post. The item will be replaced as soon as possible.
