Sale conditions

These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between the Muranoathome and the Customer with regard to the purchase of products on the website www.muranoathome.com. Proper receipt of order is confirmed by the company Muranoathome by a reply by e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the Customer. The Customer has to ensure the correctness of his personal data and to communicate any corrections. The Customer, by sending confirmation of order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to follow, in relationship with Muranoathome, the provisions contained in these general sale conditions. Muranoathome sells on the website products of Murano glass trinkets entirely handmade and so unique. Any differences that may occur are due solely to the nature of their craft. The products are represented and made visible on the site accurately and corresponding to the actual characteristics. Muranoathome, however, can not guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to the images and colours as they appear on the monitor of the Customer.

The products presented on the website may no longer be available or for sale at the time of the access to the website by the user.  Muranoathome reserves the right to change prices for products for sale at any time without notice. Prices are in euros.

What is not specifically covered by these general sale conditions will refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 and the applicable rules of the Civil Code.

Payments

The prices of the products displayed are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. The payment of the price of the products can only be made by the Customer by credit card via PAY PAL. At no time during the procedure of purchasing the company Muranoathome is able to know the information about the buyer's credit card, sent directly to the website of PAY PAL that manages the transaction. No archive of the company Muranoathome will retain such data. Under no circumstances, Muranoatthome can be

held liable in case of unfair and fraudulent use   of credit cards from third parties, at the time of payment for purchases on the website ww.muranoathome.com.
